This fishing package includes a one week stay between mid-May and October 1, for two (2) individuals on Crane Lake, Minnesota. Package must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please call the lodge within thirty (30) days of purchase to schedule tentative dates.
This package includes a penthouse room, all linens, bath towels, two twin beds, air conditioning, TV, deck with furniture, gas grill, microwave, and a compact refrigerator. There are also nearby restaurants along with some local shopping. License information is available on the Pine Point Lodge website.
A wide variety of boats and motors are available for rent. All have GPS, live wells, bow-mount trolling motors, depth finders, and pedestal seats. Life jackets and nets are provided. You may also bring your own boat. Docks are complimentary, and have bumpers and electricity. Pine Point Lodge also provides complimentary fish filleting and packaging. There is also a "Welcome to the Lake" guide package available for $90 and can be arranged directly with the lodge. Options to upgrade to larger cabins and add additional guests are available for a fee and are subject to availability by contacting the lodge. Seasonal bear hunting is available for purchase directly with Pine Point Lodge. For information on purchasing a hunt and license to go along with this package, please contact the lodge. All hunts are subject to availability.
Purchaser is responsible for paying Minnesota sales tax and lodging tax for this trip. Current Minnesota sales tax will be charged at the time of purchase, and lodging tax will be charged upon arrival at the lodge (lodging tax is approx. 3% of sale price).

Yes, most customers rent our new boat and motor packages. The boats are loaded with a GPS, depth finder, bow mount trolling motor, live well, pedestal seats. Our fleet consists of new 18' Lund Predators with 90 hp motor, new 16' 1625 Lund Rebels with 40 hp 4 stroke motors, and new TMC Pontoon boats in either 20' with 60 hp motor, or 25' with 90 hp motor .

Yes, our boat to peninsula is located on the west side of the lake. As a result boats, are docked on the north, east, and west sides of the peninsula, and are all protected from the prevailing northwest wind. In addition, the peninsula is not subjected to any large body of water on any side.

The most sought after are Walleye, Northern Pike, Small and Largemouth Bass, Muskie, Lake Trout, and Crappie.
No, you do not. Crane Lake itself is completely in Minnesota. If you navigate north out of Crane Lake, it is adjoined to Sand Point and Namakan Lakes. These two lakes are split down the middle; half Minnesota and half Canadian waters. The Minnesota waters offer 50,000 acres of water to fish and explore. If you choose to fish the Canadian waters you would need to purchase a Canadian fishing license. Bring a passport per each person, and check through Canadian Customs on Sand Point Lake and then back through US Customs on Crane Lake.

The Non-Resident Individual license is $29.50; Non-Resident Family is $53.50; Non-Resident Individual Full Season is $40.50; Non-Resident Husband and Wife is $41.50
Yes, we have wireless internet guaranteed at the main lodge and throughout most rooms and cottages. AT&T/Team Mobile coverage is the service provided in our area. Verizon and Sprint are not accessible.
