1. All participants must enter to be eligible for the Monthly Newsletter Giveaway. Only one entry per individual will be entered into the drawing.

2. Winners are drawn monthly, via computer random drawing, and will be posted on our website. Participants are eligible to win once within a 12-month period.

3. No substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except as necessary due to availability. Prizes are subject to change without notice. By participating in the Monthly Newsletter Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Whitetails Unlimited which are final in all matters relating to the Monthly Newsletter Giveaway. Prizes are nontransferable. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by Whitetails Unlimited. Receipt of any prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

4. Winner will be notified by mail and must return the Affidavit of Eligibility within 21 days. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If WTU does not receive a response or the prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable within those 21 days, a new winner will be drawn for the prize and the same procedure will be followed. Whitetails Unlimited reserves the right to provide for a substitute prize (or prizes) of equivalent estimated retail value if any of the prizes cannot be delivered. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for publicity or promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except were prohibited by law. Winners may be listed in Whitetails Unlimited's magazine. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

5. Monthly Newsletter Giveaway is open to all U.S. residents. Whitetails Unlimited employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter. Offer void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.
