Shipping is $6.95 for the first item, and $2.95 for each additional item. A select few items incur a special charge, and that is noted in the description of the item.

Continental United States: In-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Every item comes with Whitetails Unlimited's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Simply call 920.743.6777 for a return authorization and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.

2. Copy of the original invoice.
3. Written explanation of desired action (refund, exchange, damage, etc.).

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at 920.743.6777 before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Sorry, no returns on personalized items.
